HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS NEW, SCRATCH & DENT, OR PRE-OWNED?

We reveal the condition of our items in the description along with pictures.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING/DELIVERY?

At this time we are only offering pick up only!

HOW DO I GO ABOUT PICKING UP MY ORDER?

Please contact us directly for pick-up arrangements. You can find our info on the contact page to reach us.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK-UP MY ORDER?

All orders must be picked up within 24-48 hours from purchase date. If you cannot make it within this time frame please contact us directly or do not complete checkout. 

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WHEN PICKING UP MY ORDER?

Please bring proof of purchase when picking up your order. Ex: ID, Method of Payment, Etc.

WHAT IF I PURCHASE AN ITEM(S) THEN WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER? 

All order cancellations will be charged a 10% restock fee. 

WHAT IF THE ITEM I BOUGHT IS NOT HOW I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges all sales are final.
